What CollegeSave Planner is

CollegeSave Planner is a general educational-planning calculator. It is not personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, lending, retirement, or 529-plan advice. Do not make financial decisions solely on an estimate from the app. Consider an appropriately qualified professional for advice tailored to your circumstances.

All projections are illustrative and depend on the values you enter. Actual costs, investment returns, fees, taxes, grants, scholarships, timing, and personal circumstances may differ materially. Investment values can fall as well as rise; future returns are not guaranteed.

Accounts and external services

CollegeSave Planner does not open, manage, link to, or transmit information to any 529 plan, financial institution, or investment account. It does not make deposits, investments, withdrawals, or payments on your behalf.

License and acceptable use

CollegeSave Planner grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful personal planning. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app except where applicable law permits it.

Purchases

CollegeSave Planner is free to download. CollegeSave Pro is an optional, one-time in-app purchase that unlocks PDF report export and unlimited saved plans, along with future Pro features. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Restoring a previous purchase requires the same Apple Account that made it.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, CollegeSave Planner is not responsible for decisions or losses arising from reliance on its estimates, app availability, or loss of locally saved data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update the app or these terms when needed. The current terms are available in the app and at this URL. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the app and delete any locally saved plans.
